Well Saturday mornings are usually my clean up day so that will be my exercise for the day. I have a hard time getting my water in on the weekends so I'm going to do my best to get 8 glasses in today. I was alcohol free yesterday and will do the same today. I made it through Friday night and I will make it through Saturday night. Alcohol sabotages my weekends.
