It doesn't make sense to me to start a new thread for each day so until someone does something different, I'm going to continue to post of this thread.

    Good on you and your bro...keep it up! Yeah the 3mins+ is HARD going isn't it but at the end of each one I say I cannot possibly do any longer and when I try the next day ... Well it seems I can although I am sure to hit a wall soon!

    You ladies are doing awesome! I give you a lot of credit for posting and planking daily. I did take a few days off and then started back with my planking but have not been good about posting. I am now up to a 3 1/2 minute plank!

    :bigsmile: I don't think I'll go beyond 5 minutes----I think I may be getting a little sloppy in my form so I want to focus on good form and not push to longer times or try some different type of plank
  • No don't think I will be doing any longer than 5 mins but do want to work on side planks. I have terrible balance which doesn't help! So will try to maintain 5 mins daily and like you Barbie really ensure the form is good the whole time, and then do some side planking too.
    When I started I thought three minutes would be sensational, I never thought I could get to 5.

    Thank you everyone who has posted here. It's really helped keep me motovated. especially you Barbiecat!
