Hello all. My name is Sarah and I am a habitual planner, starter and chronic non-finisher of my goals.Its been easy for me to coach others and help them reach their goals, but I always backslide on my own and really should be taking my own advice. So, here I am at a point where I have hit rock bottom (again) and looking for a way up and out. So, I hae reprinted my PiYo and 21 Day Fix calendars, food log and goal calendar to start Monday morning. I am taking an approach this time I have not taken before: one day at a time! So, here's to getting healthier, happier and fitter!
