40 and No Kids...A Vent

SO I am 40, I have no kids, mostly by choice. I wanted to have them younger and I wanted to do it right and stay home when they were young. Not possible. Now, both my husband and I are good with it, and a lot of times kids are just annoying to us! We have a bad bunch of neighbors, and the kids are loud, rude, obnoxious and do stupid things like run in front of cars going down the street and think its funny. WHY do people always ask me to babysit?? YES, I am a caretaker, but as such, I take care of a bunch of mentally and physically disabled adults 40+ hours a week, WHY would I want to spend my day off babysitting?! Plus, they never offer to pay me either! UGH. Maybe I need to be more *****y! lol
