Been out of the loop for a bit and was looking forward seeing what everyone was doing Imagine my surprise to see no new post in either group. Hoping we can get some seniors that are willing to come on here and support one another.
I had a misstep last week and now my fibro/arthritis/edema is flaring up but have gotten back to following plan and know good results will be showing up soon.
Am sure there are others that need support too. Please join me.
