Paleo

My name Is Steve and I just joined this group. I eat Paleo most of the time but have a semi cheat day once a week (football season). I got my daughter to convert cause I noticed that she is carb sensitive like me. Here sleep and mood and overall wellbeing has improved. I do crossfit and walk a lot. I am still subject to temptations with growing kids and junk food but I keep pretty stricked though. I know this is more of an introduction than anything. Other hobbies are Backpacking. Oh ya I hate crowds and such so being a small room is good.

    Welcome Steve. My wife is from Poland and grew up on farm to table type dining. It was only the last few years where she started our transformation into paleo eating. I do 90% of the cooking in the home, but she buys pretty strict to the paleo diet. I believe in cheats, we only live once and I'd hate regret anything when my time comes. I do keep my cheat eats under control most of the time. I usually go crazy with large crowds as well. I avoid the stores during the holidays at all costs. I hope we can add some new workouts to your routine.

    Sounds good. Yes cheats are good, they are a reset.
