OMG those look yummy! Have you made them yet? Although I like coconut milk and don't mind coconut flour, I dislike shredded coconut and personally would leave that out. I notice it's optional.
I might try this recipe too, although if my son sees them they'll be gone in a day!0 -
I have not made any of it yet.

I got a little coconut flour, coconut flakes, coconut oil, butter, cream, cream cheese, parchment paper, canned pumpkin, honey, molasses, agave, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla...
I think I'm going to need eggs and pumpkin spice to make a recipe work.
I'm lost. Paleo baking is HARD and requires weird stuff.0 -
