How's everyone doing?

I know it's been months since anyone's posted, and I fell off the wagon a bit myself. Instead of completely self destructing, I made a note of my behavior and triggers, and started today with a good workout and healthy breakfast. On my way to work, I bought healthy food to keep in my work fridge so I can make lunch every day this week and not be tempted to grab fast food or carryout. I hope everyone else is still chugging along.

Capn - good to hear your back, keep at it. I'm lucky enough to say I'm on cruise control, been about 13 months of hitting the gym before work ~3 times a week, pure habit. Broke the 300 lb. mark, and learned to bike big hills with my son in tow (aka "sails up"). Hope everyone else is hitting it still, taking advantage of the weather before it changes too much.0

Funny thing fell off also, but started working out again yesterday. Would like to do a Spartan Run in March if I stick to my guns.0
