Outdoor stair workout

Okay everyone, let's look at one of the more traditional styles of outdoor workouts. This is one of my favorites and I find it to be fun as well. Stairs tend to be a burden when indoors, but under a blue sky and warm sunshine they are a whole new ball game. Here is a routine done by Lauren Hamlett (she has a lot of great workouts so be sure and subscribe) that showcases a few of my favorite stair exercises.
These workouts fall more into the plyometric category which is high paced and quick alternating. This routine burns calories quicker, by not letting your body get comfortable (aka muscle confusion). A fair warning that some of these may be a little more advanced than traditional workout routines so go at your own pace, make sure that you have plenty of water, and if your body tells you to stop, listen to it.
