    HECK NO.... I don't take in enough calories to be able to go without for a day or two. My opinion only - But I don't think that is wise for a WLSer

    My question would be why would you be fasting? As WLS patients, we need to follow our programs. Things like fasting for weight loss results and fad diets, really don't work for us anymore. That's why we had our surgeries, right? So again, why would you be fasting? And for how long?

    I think it is a really bad thing to do---after surgery you would be just setting yourself up to go into starvation mode! Then you will not lose weight but store it instead.
