Chinese Grilled Shrimp
Last night my wife was craving shrimp and I was craving something Asian. I found this great recipe from Steamy Kitchen.com for Chinese Grilled Shrimp and thus the stars were aligned. This recipe was very quick and super easy...and fell right in line with paleo eating. A bonus is that this recipe does not use soy sauce for those worried about soy. Here is the link below and I look forward to seeing what your favorite recipes are.

Ribeye is the only way to go. I have to try the lime butter. Try portabela mushroom pizza on the grill. Really good. Cover mushroom with olive oil, toaste side down on the grill the put sause, sausage and cheese and finish it off.
For me tonight I have my son grilling winglets seasoned with a pork seasoning I get in North Dakota at a real bucher shop. My brother inlaw ships it to me. I made a mistake of eating a sandwich today, I was craving something and was anticipating a heavy workout tonight, I am not going to workout tonight cause I think the seasonal allergies are hitting me. Its also hot and humid.0 -
Nice so you use the portobellos in place of the crust? I was trying to find a gluten free alternative that didn't suck, I will try those. I may also just make my homemade crust and call it a cheat day once a month. We have a little butcher shop down the street from us which rocks as well. Yes it costs a bit more but the best stuff always does.
I don't understand how people will spend a ton of money on TV's and cable, packages, but buy the cheapest foods to save money. Many American's have it all backwards, our foods should be first priority and then they wouldn't have to worry so much about medical expenses later on in life. Hopefully more people start waking up to that idea.
I missed today as a workout day also because of my allergies. I am going to have to go double time this weekend.0
