How was Day 2?
I "wanted" something carbie for breakfast but once again made a protein drink instead. I'm the kitchen manager in a small school so I am around food ALL day and was able to resist muffins, cookies AND my homemade whole wheat blend buns! The children do not get the muffins or cookies they are for staff. I chose to eat sliced honeydew melon instead. Yesterday I had baked chicken with salad for lunch & dinner and today I made the students a garden vegetable hotdish, The veggies were from my garden. It was made with drained off fried hamburger, onions, chopped cabbage, chopped carrots & sliced zuchinni with the peelings on. This is all mixed with pizza sauce & topped with low fat mozz cheese. I'd say 70% ate it & some came back for 2nd's! I LOVE it!!
I had a headache from 11 a.m that steadily got worse to where I drank a 1/2 cup of coffee & took a Ibuprofen at about 4 so I could get a workout in! It went away & I had an awesome workout!
It was ANOTHER day of fairly good clean eating! NO sugar or flour and just that 1/2 cup of coffee!
I hope your days have been going well and I hope I can do this AGAIN tomorrow! The scale has already moved!!!

My sclase has went down three pounds. The headaches I can relate if I get rid of caffiene all together my body goes into detox mode and the headaches and migrains start coming on strong. I find after avoiding them for at least 3 days then they start to subside and the decaf is easier and still has the same flavor to me. I mad ea HUGE spahgetti squash last night. Have you tried any recipes with it?0

Day 2 was good even though it was a 12 hr day at work On the plus side I get to flex out the extra hours on Thursday and Friday. And the I have a 5k on Saturday.0
