Today I stayed the same! :sad: I'm starting to feel unmotivated!!
Another AWESOME day except I ate a peach cup at school that had sugar in it otherwise it was great! Getting in my water (as much as time allows), trying to eat proteins, fruits & veggies with little fats and I get in fitness at least 5 days per week. My mood feels better!

Well my day four went well. I even made a homemade Apple Spice cake for the teachers & did not have a bite. Now that was TOUGH! I also drank more water but was tired after work & did not do any fitness!
