Saturdays weight & measurement
Today I stayed the same! :sad: I'm starting to feel unmotivated!!
Week 2 Day 2
Another AWESOME day except I ate a peach cup at school that had sugar in it otherwise it was great! Getting in my water (as much as time allows), trying to eat proteins, fruits & veggies with little fats and I get in fitness at least 5 days per week. My mood feels better!

I had my risk assessment this morning and they checked everything from height, weight, waist, bmi, body fat, blood sugar blood pressure. Day 5
I was home all day & could see how much I went to sugar for a pick me up! OMG! But I did GREAT! I did have a piece of multi grain toast for breakfast but ate clean besides that! Wow week one flew by and I did well! My cravings for sugar are getting less every day! (Thank you Lord Jesus) Today was my 8th day & it went well. Challenge group coming up
I will have a challenge group starting at the beginning of Oct continuing with eatin clean and also doing an at home fitness program. I will be providing meal plans, and recipes, and grocery lists. Group Rules
Group Rules -participate daily -take starting waist measurement, note starting weight on Monday AM -drink at least 60+ oz water -exercise at least 30m a day -encourage others -report a final waist measurement & final weight on Saturday morning
Day 4
Well my day four went well. I even made a homemade Apple Spice cake for the teachers & did not have a bite. Now that was TOUGH! I also drank more water but was tired after work & did not do any fitness!
