Wow week one flew by and I did well! My cravings for sugar are getting less every day! (Thank you Lord Jesus)
Today was my 8th day & it went well. No bread, no sugar but for what was in my yogurt ( I eat greek yogurt, cottage cheese & a sprinkle of granola for breakfast) and I drank over a 1/2 gallon of water. It is really hard for me to get in that gallon on work days!
My exercise today was T25 & 8 miles on the ex bike. I wanted to run outside but the mosquitos are UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I hope we have others in the group! No one is posting! If your doing this I hope your days are going well.

Yes mine is vanilla flavor but the new one is plain & I will use fresh berries with a drizzle of honey! Sorry I do not eat eggplant!0
