Challenge group coming up

I will have a challenge group starting at the beginning of Oct continuing with eatin clean and also doing an at home fitness program. I will be providing meal plans, and recipes, and grocery lists. We wil drink shakeology every day as well. It will be a 30 day challenge group in a private group of great women sharing their success and supporting each other on their journey. If this interests any of you let me know and we can talk more. I am looking to start it Oct 6th since thats a monday.
