Im 41 and trying to bring my sexy back but need some help with motivation.
I log my food daily and fitbit is connected
but sometime I feel like no one is reading so whats the point. but I continue
if your in the area age is not a problem with me. we are all here doing the same thing with the same goal

    Brisbane here :smile: I'm actually in maintenance at the moment, and don't log food much - only to check my protein levels occasionally.

    But I'm on every day and log my exercise as my focus has become more on fitness and seeing what I can actually do - that's a lot of fun! :bigsmile:

    Hi I sent friend requests to the two good people above but I am also wanting to friend up with a few other folk to help with motivation.

    I read on here that having other friends here really helps with getting to your goals.
