today's workout

How many calories should we track for today's workout (ultimate football) and how can we figure this out ourselves?

  • Brother Gill said you can look it up on the fitnesspal app as "ultimate Frisbee." So that's what I looked up. I'm not sure how many minutes we played. You could also calculate it yourself by looking on pages 22-23 in the handbook. They have ultimate Frisbee on the chart and they teach you the formula on p.22. Hope this helps!
