Need Diet help!

Does anyone know some good tips and foods/drinks to help when trying to gain muscle weight??? Anyone?? It'd be greatly appreciated!

    Protein. Especially lean proteins chicken, turkey, and fish. You can get extra protein in shakes, bars, etc. I find it almost impossible to reach a high percentage of protein unless you are supplementing your food choices by adding shakes, etc. Make sure you are eating enough. You cannot be in "deficit" mode and hope to gain significant amounts of muscle.
