I thought I'd post here, even though I am injured.
My total for the week was 2454 calories burned, which I think is quite good, given that my only exercise consisted of walking/hopping on my crutches.
Evidently the HIIT portion was not an option.
I'm going to aim for 3000 next week, (I know, we should be doing 3500, but that's a bit ambitious for me on my crutches)0 -

Ya, not even close. Really disappointed in . I let TOM (I hate that term) get in the way, and I was so lazy. I was dead tired and starving for a few days, then had a family event one night.
