I'm not new to MFP but I am new to trying the group thing. I'm interested to see what foods and fitness routines others follow. I don't eat a lot of red meat, perhaps only twice a month. More than 50% of the 150 grams of protein I eat comes from plants. The rest is from poultry and fish. Complex carbohydrates ( 2 grams of fiber every 100 calories) and healthy fats.
I run or fast walk daily. Strength Train 3 days a week for 30 minutes. Total Gym 2 days a week for 15 minutes
I have 1 cheat day a week where I eat as much as 1000 calories over my daily norm but not from desserts and such.
