Citrus Chicken Salad

hi folks, so I've tried googling this but can't come up with anything so hoping someone in the MFP community knows. I really like the chicken citrus salad from The Coffee Club but it costs the earth (almost $20) for basically some lettuce, chicken and dressing. It's really tasty plus not many calories - especially because I don't eat the avocado (yuck!)

I know I could make this salad at home for a fraction of the cost but have no idea as to how to make the salad dressing which is the tastiest part! All I can work out is that it's a 'sweet chilli and citrus dressing'. So i'm wondering if anyone out there knows what is in the dressing?

    I'm guessin you've asked the staff at coffee club already?
    have you posted this in the recipes forum? Might have better luck there
