    As of Saturday morning, I am 1,006. Yes, this will be accomplished today. I have to make up for the lack of activity yesterday. Stupid work meeting!

    Hit my week 3 goal, 5 days 45 minutes each day of strength training. Love this idea of our own personal goal week, we should do this once a month. 2-1

    Thank you to everyone who offered support and encouragement! :smile: I would say this week was a win. I kept my calories under control, my protein up, burned 2,618 calories (according to MFP, I just ordered my HRM this week ~ can't wait to geek out!), and continued with my squat challenge. Ready for week 4!!
