    Just got off night shift - Loonnnggg night, so sorry about being late.

    My check in - Yeah, ate wayyy to much for breakfast this morning / dinner last night (Depends what 12 hour shift you want to think of it as).

    Originally was going to stay up all day so I could switch over but I'm tired so going to sleep.

    Good morning! I had a bad week last week, been slowly falling off the wagon. Trying to pull on my big girl panties and get with the program again. I gained 3 lbs and weighed in today. I'm going to keep myself accountable to weigh in every Monday whether it's good or bad. I hit a 135 day streak but I was not really focusing and tracking everything so I'm starting over.

    Breakfast today: key lime chobani flip, small granola bar and a small cutie
    Lunch: lean cuisine chicken parm and fruit
    Snack: pistachios
    2 cups of coffee (with cream) today
    Dinner is not planned

    Exercise: run 1.5 miles tonight when I get home, I will do pushups tonight, I'm up to five so I'll let you all know how many I get

    Water: working on 32 oz cup

    I've been doing squats so will continue with that.
    Food not sure, I had toast and pb and oj for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are a mystery
    Water I have my 2 L sitting on the counter will work on that then add my 1.5L later
    Exercise I will probably stick with my cross country ski today.

    Evening everyone

    After my wobble last week, I'm back at it. Back to listening to my emotional eating cd again to get me back on track.

    Food has been great- breakfast probiotic yogurt and flaxseed. Lunch boiled egg and asparagus wrapped in parma ham. Dinner home cooked chicken pie without the pastry. And hot chocolate and small satsuma for supper.

    Exercise has not been that good, totally forgot about the challenge until I came on the board and its now 11.15pm so not doing it today. The weather today has been unusually warm so when the boys went to youth group I took the dog on a lovely hour walk on the beach where I live.

    Water has been poor. I need to look at how I get my water in when I'm running around.
  • I started a 30 day squat challenge today, so I did 20 squats. I had a granola bar for breakfast, a plain bean burrito for lunch, and homemade turkey chili for dinner, with a half ounce of beef jerkey and greek yogurt for my two snacks. I'm up to ten glasses of water, but I still have a couple of hours of homework, so that's subject to change. My cardio was 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning.
  • Edit: Got really busy with homework and never got around to starting my squat challenge. I'll have to start it tonight. Ugh...Everytime I think I've taken a step forward, life gets in the way and I end up three steps back.
