Chicken,brussels sprouts & sweet potato stir fry

I made this over the weekend and it was delicious!

Only Serves 1 but you could adjust it. . .

1 - 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up into bite size pieces
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
1 small sweet potato, cut up into thin slice cubes
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
onion powder
salt & pepper
olive oil spray

I used my wok, got it very hot. Threw in the cut up chicken breast, cooked till brown and removed it. Put in my Brussels sprouts and sweet potato, garlic and other seasonings along with vinegar. When the vegetables were almost done, I added the chicken breast back in. Delish!
