Hello all, just checking in from Ohio. Today was a school day for me so lots of walking around campus. I decided to take the stairs to my classroom instead of the elevator( I never knew just how out of shape I was until I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs) .0

Although it's almost dinner time here in MT, my goals for the day (and the next 99) are:
Eat clean and healthy. Not a HUGE calorie counter, but I know there's value in watching them.
Run 3-4 days/week -- C25K. Tonight is one of those 3-4 days of running.
Get my 10,000 steps
Celebrate little wins, positive self-talk throughout the entire challenge0 -
