Another fantastic reference... This isn't new, but came to my FB newsfeed today via Low Carb Zen (also http://lowcarbzen.com).
From the All the Love- Without the Wheat (http://ggiswheatfree.wordpress.com/) blog:
FLOUR CHART: How Gluten Free Flours Compare for Carbs and Protein Content
http://ggiswheatfree.wordpress.com/2012/06/13/so-many-flours-so-little-cupboard-space-how-gluten-free-flours-compare-for-carbs-and-protein-content/
I'm cross posting this in both the Keto and Keto Reddit forums as well as my blog.
Hope everyone is having a good day.

The problem with that list is potato starch or something like super starch shouldn't be in red. if there is one carb which is very slow absorbing and recommended its the super starch or potato starch. Of course, you can't heat those stuff but its pretty much true for most flours when you heat them.0
