    Bumping today's thread.

Today, I have a barrage of things trying to get between me and working out. There's the rain, but that's not a biggie (although the temperature drop really stinks!). There's my ankles, but I could probably work around. The biggie is not feeling well, in a non-descript kind of way. The past few days, I'm just feeling really bad. It comes and goes and I can't explain it. I'm just not myself. Unfortunately, my calories have gone off the charts two days this week and I haven't gotten any cardio to offset it. Today, between this weird feeling and the rain, I may not even get my daily steps. September is turning out to be 2 steps forward and 1 step back. I'm going to give myself until the end of the month, but if I don't shake this feeling by then, I think I'll be looking for a doctor's appointment (which, for me, is saying alot!). As for today, I'll most likely be out of the rain, cuddled up on the couch with a soft, warm blankie. :frown:

Hope everyone has a great day! TGIF!

Sherry maybe you just need to rest. You can worry about working out when you're feeling better. Sounds like your ankles & your whole body need a little recovery time. Otherwise it's definitely worth seeing the doctor since this seems to be lingering.

I had a trainer session this morning. Did 12 minutes on the rowing machine to warm up then we had an upper body & core workout. Jason usually doesn't work out with me but he did core with me this morning so it must have been core day for him too. After work I'm going to swing by a co-workers house to meet her new kitten, then I'll go get in a swim.

    Have a great Friday everyone!
