Outdoor Workout Routine

Okay everyone, here is a great set of drills that can be done outdoors and just about anywhere. This one is from Urban Training which has some great workouts available that (for the most part) do not require any special equipment. This means that there should be no excuse to try it out. Remember go at your own pace, stay properly hydrated (Water with a little sea salt and lemon works great, stay away from the sugary thirst quencher drinks), and always listen to your body.

When I was growing up in sports, everything was always so traditional in terms of how we worked out, It would be bench press, squats, deadlift, run, etc...rinse and repeat. This routine got so boring and repetitive as the years went on. Needless to say I find these workouts fun and motivating which should be the goal of all workouts. Yes they may seem tougher at first, but I believe the body responds much quicker to these natural action type of workouts which makes it worth the extra burn.0
