Well it is the end of the 23rd for you guys and start of the 24th for me ! So how is your week going??? Looks like we are on track with the challenge. With the weather getting better in all parts of the world...looks like we are going to be getting outside more for our exercising!! Yeah!! So what did we decide on those 'extra' challenges?? Each just do what we want out of our selection and if we do one, we get the bonus point???

I have to give a couple powerpoint presentaitions today and tomoro...what fun...it is a 'captive' audience....in other words...the folks who are attending have been told it is mandatory to attend...so I am sure there will be many who are 'not' happy campers! lol Toooo bad....for them! If they had attended some of them in the past 8 months, they would not have been told by the big boss they had only two days to get the mandatory sessions in!

    Hello all!

    So far it has been a pretty good week overall. Yesterday was my father's birthday and today is mine. Good times all around. This weekend to celebrate I am going camping with my friends. I am excited to be up in the mountains right now with the leaves changing color. If we end up taking the hike I will try and grab some pictures.

    Good luck with the presentations! It is never the most enjoyable presenting to people who might resent being there.

    At the moment their is a schedule of challenges for each week. Though after we are done with this weeks challenge we can do it grab bang style if everyone want's. just post your thoughts and we can come to some decision.

    HAPPY Birthday Zac!!! Hope you have a wonderful day!!! Taking a hike sounds peaceful and wonderful too!! Please do take some photos if you get a chance!! I love seeing places where people have been!! Well the presentation went well...200 people today, about 215 yesterday...then about the same tomoro. Weather is holding...around 103 F. I am going over to Bahrain on Saturday...will see if I can take some photos! Nothing much there to see...shopping malls!! lol
