Tues was most awesome day for me because I was under my calorie count and under my fat count! Made some good food choices Mand it really makes me feel better! Hope everyone had a good tuesday Hope you don't mind me starting the thread Kelsey.

Tuesday was a pretty good day! I stayed under my calorie goal and drank my water. I did half of my meal prep so tonight when I get home I wont eat a ton of easily accessible carbs (even though I could eat them calorie wise, I would rather eat vegetables and protein). Hope everyone is having a great week!0
