Is there a new challenge started yet? How did everyone do with this? I lost 12 pounds! I'm excited and would like to start a group for reaching a goal by Christmas so the holidays don't win! :smile:
9/27 Had a fantastic Saturday. Went 4 wheeling with my hubby and the weather and the colors were beautiful! I finally got the MFP app on my phone jI like the pie charts but not sure how to get to my groups on the app.:huh:
9/26: Well, I lost 3 lbs. but 2 of them were what I'd gained from my 2 days of eating lasagna and strawberry pretzel salad. On the bright side, I just have 3 more to go before I hit a grand total of 30 pounds since rejoining MFP. I don't know what I'd do without this site, and all you wonderful, supportive people! 9/25 I got myself under control, and was under my calorie goal. That 2 day hiatus cost me 2 lbs. Unless the heavens open up and send me a miracle, I won't be reaching my 10 lb. goal by the first. Oh, well, it was wonderful getting to see all the progress everyone else is making! Have a wonderful Friday, friends!!!
9/24 Hey everyone! Sorry I was so MIA yesterday. I actually ended up getting 2 puppies so they consumed my entire day!! They are so sweet and I will try to post a picture here if I can! I am going to be better today about logging! Hope you're all doing well! :smile:

9/22 honestly, this was not a good day. This day started off fine but then my boyfriend and I went to Monday Night Raw and we ate a huge hot dog. 9/21 This way a fun day! It was my off day for exercise and treat day! I ate healthy throughout the entire day except for dinner. My boyfriend and I had a burger and fries and a krispy kreme doughnut for dessert. It tasted like heaven. But back to normal today! :wink:
9/19 I stayed under my calorie goal and did my 50 minutes on the ellipitcal and did my abs! I feel like I talk about my boyfriend all the time but he really helps me stay on track! He went to the gym with me yesterday even when he had already worked out just so I wouldn't have to go alone! I hope everyone can find someone…
9/20 I lost another pound! Thanks to that darn plateau I was on, I've only lost a total of 3 lbs. for this challenge so far, but I'll take it! Can we do another challenge for November? I like our little group, and would love to stay together!
