    This morning I made some goals and I have stuck to them, feeling very positive.

    Food good just had homemade pork and apple.
    Water good
    Exercise 1 hour walk. Done the challenge but stayed with the same numbers, 20 and 30. It's still early and the boys are settled so I am going to do some yoga.
  • Food has been good. Scrambled eggs with turkey bacon and an apple for breakfast, subway club with veg for lunch, leftover grilled chicken, brown rice, and roasted broccoli for dinner.
    I've had 8 glasses of water, but I've got a metric ton of homework, so the night's still early.
    I did my 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning. It's my rest day in the squat challenge, but I'll do ten just for you.
