beginners recommendation

Hey, so I've had myfitnesspal app for quite a while now. However, this time around I am going all out on losing these stubborn 15-20lbs! I never knew it had so many great features such as these support/ motivational groups! I'm currently 5'7- 177lbs! I haven't worked out in over two months, I mean NOTHING. So, I'm starting from the beginning on a clean slate. I would like some recommendations on the types of exercises I should begin with. Today is my first day, I started with walking for an hour around my city and washing my car inside and out. I want to start slow and build myself up, if you have any recommendations feel free to reply with some suggested exercises! Please help! Thanks!
