Running speed
Hi! I recently started running and my aim is fat reduction and weight loss. Some say it is good to run between 60% -70% of my maximum heart rate to burn stored fat in my body. Others say it is good to sprint if my aim is to loose weight. I'm totally confused here. Any suggestions? :)
Doing things right but still gaining weight
Hi! I am following my diet plan and excercise routine properly and also eating clean. I am under my daily calorie limit, but still i am gaining weight instead of losing it. What am I doing wrong?

Is 1640 calories a day too high for me?
Hi, I have been given by myfitnesspal the daily caloric limit of 1640. I weigh 230 lbs and I am 5 feet 4 inches. I think this calorie limit is high. What does anyone else think.

Comfort eating
Hi everyone, Is it just me or is all this wet and snowy weather making it extra hard to not reach for your favourite comfort food. Changing eating habits is so much less traumatic in the summer! . But if I don't shift some weight I'm not goIng to enjoy the summer when it does come! Any tips anyone?
