Arm hurts, digged holes and planted trees and flowers for landscaping.

    Breakfast - frozen croissant sandwich.

    Lunch - Sushi. :-)

Dinner - chicken (grilled), and French green beans.

    Snack - popcorn and beer.

Water- up to 50oz but struggling to want to drink more. Being outside helped with drinking most of that.

Day's been going well so far. It sucks looking ahead and realizing how busy I am and that I don't have any free weekends... Oh well. Soon it will be the new year! (Scary thought, huh?)

Soon be new year is a scary thought.

I decided for the weekend this would be my goal

Half way through the weekend and doing well, I decided to make a homemade version of kfc ( was told not to do that again by family, it wasn't great, will look for some different recipes as not having take away makes a big difference). Todays challenge is sunday lunch with extended family. Plan is to eat in moderation, love the saying waste food or waist food- going to keep it in my head at 2pm today.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

Moved some things from my apartment to "our" house. (Well soon to be our). My next apartment is furnished and we're getting married next fall. SO! This means 1 year to keep my current size or drop down! Or more so, not stress eating...

Today, I'm not worried about wedding things though. I'm trying to figure out what program or excel sheet set up to use for "our" house budget / money-tracking for projects. With it being able to easily becoming one project after another or a homestead-type, I do not want to end up with a money pit. At work, I have no problem crunching numbers (might also explain while I like calorie and nutrient counting) but with this house, I have no idea the best format.

Thus, with the above and the football games, I really wanna snack and drink beer. Maybe I'll let myself have some popcorn since that's not too high calories, and just suck it up and drink water. Then I can continue listening to the game and try to find some money management system that will work for us.

Money and football, just not a good mix - know what I mean? lol

Thanks for listening. I'll stick to the water and air-popped popcorn. No point in ruining the day just cause of a lack of spread-sheet.
