Lost 3,8kg! OMG!

I know it is just water. But it is the first time in 20 years that my weight is less than in the previous time I weighed myself.

Now that I have a little, tiny positive result I've added that cute ticker everyone has. I cheated a little and gave myself the objective of losing 20kg. I have to lose a lot more but like this it doesn't look so impossible.

I'm so happy!
