    I started yesterday, 09/29. I knew if I didn't "just do it" I wouldn't. I think my cat confiscated my measuring tape (he thinks it makes a great toy) and I'll have to look for it, but my starting weight on 09/28: 150.6.

    wow I feel really bad after putting those stats in. I really hope to lose more inches than lbs. I mean I wanna lose the lbs too but I know muscle weighs more than fat and its about feeling good about yourself right?
