    Food: Breakfast- Cereal
    Lunch - Rotis and Veggie Stir fried.
    Dinner - Hopefully something low calorir and healthy.

    Water: 1.5l so far.

    Exercise: Only walking. Restarting Shred from tomorrow.

    This is a super long weekend from Thursday to Monday. My goal is to follow my workout schedule and not laze around.

    Hello everyone! I am back from vacation and eager to get going on making some healthier choices.

    I started off yesterday strong, got in an hour and a half of walking in total, and kept everything low carb, but then my boyfriend brought me frosted lemon cake.

    Today so far:
    Breakfast - my standard scrambled eggs, cheese and avocado with bacon on the side?
    Lunch - low carb turkey and cheese sandwich
    Dinner - I have keilbasa and some ricotta cheese I need to use up so I'm thinking of making some kind of casserole.
    Water - about 5 cups so far.

    Work out: None yet, but I want to get in something when I get home tonight, hopefully 45 minutes to a full hour of circuit training.

    My goal for this week is to get back to my regular work out schedule, or as close to it as I can. I am covering reception all week so I have to be in earlier and won't likely be able to get in a morning work out. I will try to get in three circuit trainings in though and one zumba class. Also, this week I'm going to start cutting back on my soda again. It's been running amock. Making myself have only one a day.

    Food so far:
    Breakfast - Frozen croissant sandwich again (290calories)
    Lunch - Broccoli-cheesy-rice, yogurt, and an orange (800 calories)
    Dinner - TBD

    Water - Up to 32oz (4pm). That's low. But I did end up hitting my water mark last night! So maybe I can again?

    Exercise - TBD. On my feet again today but not as much as I have in the past so I need to stop relying on work for exercise.
  • I'm up to 9 cups of water so far.
    Breakfast: Chia seed and turkey sausage omelet
    Lunch: Black bean burger with tomato and spinach on wheat and flax sandwich thin, cherry lowfat greek yogurt
    Dinner: MyFitnessPal Spicy Pork Chops with Rice
    I got my 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 squats for my squat challenge.
    My goal for the week is to bump my morning elliptical time up to 45 minutes.

    Didn't end up working out. Got home at 930 instead. Also didn't quite make it to my water goal but doing better.

    My goal this week is to work out 3x.
