How fast should my run time be?

I am a 5.6 female, weigh 116 pounds and have just started running in the past 2 or 3 weeks, but I am planning to run a 5k in one month, and would like to cut down my run time a lot, and be able to run the whole thing. Right now, I am getting around 13 minutes a mile. I need to know a good goal to have, and some tips to reach that goal?

13 minutes a mile is a good time. There's no way to hurry being able to run 5K. The only way to get there is to keep training. It'll take you a few months, though.
Don't give up. Go to your 5K and do your best but realize that you'll be walking some of it and don't fret about the time.0
