    Another 1lb loss this week (was actually 1.9lb but I have always only ever recorded whole lbs so I'm not going to change now) that is me back to my original goal weight. :)

    I did better... knocked off 0.5lbs. this week. I will start to see better results since my biking routine is coming back!

    So yeah, this is a little belated and I gained 4 lbs while on vacation. I can't say I'm surprised and I'm honestly not too upset with myself but now that I'm back, I'm definitely wishing I had laid off those chocolate mocha mudslides a bit more. Oh well, onward and downward (hopefully). Just gotta keep moving forward and I know these pounds will come off!

    10/18 - 185.5 was out of town last week and didn't get my weigh-in done. I did better than I thought I was going to considering my schedule.
