My friends... many of us seem to be struggling a bit....

I don't know anyone that deserves it more than the members in this group!

This month's been a good one for me - who'd have thought, after a lackluster September. Very excited to see how far I can go by Friday.0 -
Before vacation at the start of October I was 135.8 lb, then I lost some weight from walking around at Disneyworld. Then I gained some back from eating lots of fast food and visiting family on our drive home. We've been home about a week now and I have now dropped to 135.2 lb! I am feeling good and liking the fit of my new jeans. I'm getting so close to my goal and now need to start toning up. Goal: 130 ish + muscle!0

We got to meet, you took your cruise, you completed the SPARTAN SUPER SACRAMENTO and you dropped like 4 lbs. in about 2 weeks.

All things considered.... this is not bad!
November will shape up for me, I expect quite a bit.
I've got the fitness center access now and I'm able to crank up my biking a bit more again... also looking into starting up a fitness program like P90X at the middle of the month.
I picked up the Polar Loop activity bracelet and HRM a couple weeks ago and also just got a Samsung S5 to host the apps... I'm sure to experience information overload.
With the new gadgets and the holidays I have to stay focused.... nudges from my friends are always appreciated!
