football party foods

my husband doesn't "push" keto on anyone, but his best friend noticed something different about my husband, so finally my husband told him we are doing keto. so now his best friend is giving a football party on sunday (to watch the Texans whip the Cowboys, but that's a story for another time)
i told said friend's wife that i would take a few recipes to the party that are keto friendly so she can get to know the good foods available. i have a few ideas, but hoped that someone could suggest something
(1) easy to make
(2) can be enjoyed easily by a large group
(3) does not require freezing

Easiest would be a spinach or spinach-artichoke dip with fresh veggies (broccoli, bell peppers, cucumbers, cauliflower).
I was invited to a co-worker's house for Easter this year (I live 800 miles from my family and had no where else to go) and I brought asiago and rosemary stuffed mushrooms. Here is my recipe for it, just put it into small whole mushrooms rather than portabella caps: http://www.butterisnotacarb.com/asiago-stuffed-mushrooms/
I also brought asparagus that I wrapped in roast beef slices with a bit of horseradish mayo for flavor and they were a huge hit.
You could do meatballs on toothpicks! Chicken or beef meatballs with onions and seasonings and maybe some cheddar cheese mixed into the meat before rolling. Maybe find a low carb/sugar free bbq sauce to go with it or enjoy them plain.
Stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon? Deviled eggs?
That's all I've got off the top of my head. Enjoy the game!0 -
i love the idea of the meatballs on the toothpicks. thank you so much for all these. my husband will definitely love the mushroom caps.0

Oh, I love making lchf foods for each Broncos game. I've done buffalo wings, bacon wrapped sausages, spinach artichoke dip served with pork rinds, meatballs, deli tray with meat, cheese, olives, celery. You could also do a velveeta cheese dip mixed with salsa for dipping pork rinds.0

I second the suggestion for deviled eggs! I make mine with eggs, real mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spicy mustard. Oh, and bacon pieces. My friends who aren't eating the way I do always go crazy when I add real pieces of bacon to my deviled eggs.
Oh, edited to add one more idea: chicken wings!0
