Hello!

How much does the sleep or lack thereof have an impact on the FBG levels? Any experiences?
How significant of an impact it is? just a few hours less sleep?

Thanks

My FBG is usually a little higher when I sleep only a couple hours.

I've noticed it changes for me. For example, If I go to sleep between 10-11pm and wake up at 6:30am, I have my best numbers. However, the later I go to sleep and wake up at 6:30am it'll be higher. Also, the later I sleep in the higher my numbers will be.

My blood sugar numbers are always higher when I don't get enough sleep. How much higher depends on how much sleep I missed.
