    Day one done haha. I will end about 9 days after you guys, so all are welcome to add me. I am in a 7 week biggest loser challenge at work, and the winner gets $600 two days before thanksgiving. Hopefully this helps.

    I went out for dinner after work and when I got home and I went straight to my room to change into my workout clothes. I felt so good crossing off Day 8 on my calendar!

    Hello people!
    I have missed some DAYS as I was unwell, but making up for it now. I have just completed Day 7 and 8, definitely getting much easier, may do another round this evening, see how I feel, as I still have a few days to make up.
