Update! My goal weight is 154, starting at 244 and getting down under 150 was okay but at that weight I just did not like the way I looked. Though at 5'2" I don't care for the thought of weighing over 150, I know that I can work on other things that will counter the scale like strength, balance and agility.

My goal weight is between 145 - 150 lbs and am 5'7. I am currently 180 lbs. This is the heaviest I've been other than the time I was pregnant.0

My current weight is 207. I started at 210 lbs. I'm 5'4 and according to the BMI chart I should be around 145 lbs to have a normal BMI. However about 5 years ago I weighed 160 and felt comfortable there. So my first GW is 190 by the end of summer then the next 30 by end of fall. Once I reach this second goal I want to focus on staying active and eating clean as a way of life and see what happens....0
