I'm early on in my Atkins experience, but I'm finding it to be no trouble at all, and even more food than I can really eat some days. Armed with my kitchen scale and thanks to the power of Pinterest and the awesome Low Carb Bloggers out there, there are a plethora of recipes to poke through. I wanted to open up sharing recipes with one another, in the hopes that having excellent food will help us all stay active with our goals.
One great list of recipes is here: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/
It's a bit rough around the edges, but if you poke through the categories, all the dishes that are Induction friendly have a * next to them(obviously, make sure the carb counts work with your goal). We've had the Alice Springs Chicken, Hamburger-Broccoli Alfredo Casserole and the Mushroom Chicken and Sausage Casserole, all awesome.
My next is http://peaceloveandlowcarb.com/
A great site, that has a mix of Low Carb and Paleo. The Bacon Ranch Dressing is a wonderful replacement to the old Hidden Valley. In fact I had a bit of hidden valley last night and I don't care for it any more. The Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers are also great, and we did a variation, trading the italian beef out for turkey-pepperoni(personal preference) with red bell peppers for a pizza-esque flavor.

Since my husband isn't doing low carb - I've been working really hard to find recipes that I can convert. Here are two we did last week which were fantastic
Chipotle Cheddar Turkey Burgers w/ Avocado Crema - I just omitted the bun and used lettuce instead. I didn't do the crema either since my avocados hadn't ripened yet. Still super tasty. Burgers were 4 net carbs and the Crema is 2 net carbs.

Roasted Pork Loin w/ Onions and Apples - I did prepare the apples but didn't eat any, and I watched my portion on the onions. 0 carbs for the pork loin (maybe 1 if you counted the garlic), and 6.1 for the onions (which was probably a little high). I also had a side of steamed asparagus as a side (for something green).
