Does anyone have ideas for breakfast? I am allergic to eggs, soy, wheat, and pork.

I love a good sweet potato hash. If you make a batch on the weekend you can eat it all week long. I start with sweet potatoes chopped into bite size pieces. How many depends on size but usually 4-6. Some people like to shred their but I am not so fancy. Or really just too lazy to pull out the food processor most of the time. I almost always add peppers and onions but you could play around with the vegie mix. Sometimes I go savory and season with garlic salt and pepper. Sometimes I go sweet and use cinnamon salt and pepper, again if you have a favorite spice combination try it. The meats I also mix up. Sometimes bacon though that's not my favorite. I usually use breakfast sausage I get from a local rancher but sometimes I use Aidells chicken and apple sausage. It's a good combo and super easy. I usually eat mine with eggs but you can just add more meat to the hash and skip the eggs or add whatever protein you have on hand. Leftovers are also great.0

That sounds awesome, I do the same thing for my lunches. Frankly you can eat anything your body will allow you too I have been known to have a salad with whatever I am having for Breakfast. I would do the hash thing with beef if I couldn't do eggs.0 -

I made this recipe for the first time this weekend:

- coconut bread/muffin variations (banana, pumpkin, apple/raisin, carrot, zucchini). Add gelatin or ground pumpkin seeds for protein.
- paleo pancakes (there are lots of recipes online using plantain, coconut flour, almond flour). Make a big batch on the weekend so you don't have to figure this out everyday.
- green or fruit smoothies (again with some sort of protein added, e.g. pumpkin seed powder, avocado, and gelatin are some paleo options)
Hope this helps!0 -
make your own turkey sausages...yummy!
in my culture, we already eat different proteins for breakfast...
but i usually have a protein cooked in coconut oil, and then a fruit/veggie smoothie0
