So how did your weekend go?? What are your plans for sticking to your program next week??

I have decided I need to prepare my lunch meals the night before...that way I can get better track of what I am taking to work and eating! I also am starting to walk to work in the morning...ok, it is only an 8 minute walk, but still a walk!! The weather is great in the wee hours of the morning...just coming home still a bit hot!! So my plan is to move it!!!!

    My plan for sticking to the program next week is to not order a bacon cheeseburger and not notice its a double, then get it, say F*** it and eat the whole thing...

    Sounds like a good plan...and one of mine is to not order Pizza!

    Hi there! Back again, for good. Depression swooped in hard and fast, but I'm getting back on track.

    I'm trying to do more meal prep the night before, too, because I can never get it together in the mornings. I succeeded today, and I've got some leftovers that will be good to bring in tomorrow. Thinking I might do some more cooking tonight while I've got the time so I have food for the rest of the week.

    Welcome back! Good luck on getting all of your meals prepared. That is one thing that I for sure need to work on. I made food for today so at least that is a start.

    My weekend was good. I was able to get the deep clean of the house done and we were able to get rid of/pick up all the furniture that we needed to. Sadly we were not able to fit in tennis since the cleaning took longer than planned (our borrowed truck may have broken down), but I did get a workout in.

    My plan for sticking to the program is basically the same as what I have read here. I need to avoid fast food and have my meals planned and ready.
