I am so glad to have found this group. The formal has really helped my life! I am now able to tolerate some gluten if I avoid the fruit and veg as suggested on the Formal plan. Dairy and the occasional baked beans are now possible too. I started a week ago and I am looking for buddies that have similar 'issues'.
PS My daughter has very bad IBS and is doing the Formal under a dietician!

Reading my post the 'Fodmap' food plan has been changed to 'formal' !!!!!! I hope it now makes sense?????????????????0
