October is already here. This year is flying by so fast. I am still on track and maintaining my goal weight.
I have been working out to my favorite P90X and Insanity workouts and a few T25 as welll. I have ran several 5K runs and am training for a half marathon. I will be starting P90X3 soon,

Wow. October is flying by quicker then September. I have been working out to Tony Horton 10 minute trainers, biking, running, and kettle bells.
I completed my best personal time in a recent 5k and half marathon. It is great to improve my times with age.

3 more pounds lost since my weigh in last month. My total lost is 99 pounds since I started my team beachbody workouts. Power P90 and P90X have really changed my life around for the better.
I am doing things I never thought I would be doing again. It is great to be able to walk up 20 flights of stairs and not be out of breath.0
